Michael J. Roberts, founder of Task Information Systems, Inc., celebrated 23 years in business on March 30th, 2005. He has been a speaker at national computer conventions and was featured in an article in Long Island Business News discussing business continuity and disaster recovery planning. He has been quoted in the LIBN’s “Ask The Experts” columns on network security and video conferencing and specializes in Unix, Linux and IBM UniVerse (a Pick-like database). He lives on Long Island, outside of New York City, with his wife and two sons. Although he likes to be called “Mike”, almost everyone calls him “Michael”. No one understands why he loves soccer so much (especially Arsenal F.C.). In his free time he enjoys coaching youth lacrosse and rooting for the Lehigh University Mountainhawks.
