Sally Cato is president of Design Management, a New York based firm designing and creating advertising, marketing, educational, direct mail and souvenir materials primarily for the entertainment industry.

They are the designers of the Theatre Direct International advertising and marketing campaign, including a multi Broadway Show co-operative travel industry marketing campaign which has been awarded the Travel Industry Association of America's 1997 Odyssey Award in the "Innovative Domestic Travel Marketing" category.

Design Management has created study guides for RENT, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Gross Indecency, Les MisÚrables, Forever Tango, Swan Lake, Mind Games, Annie Get Your Gun, The Civil War, Moon For The Misbegotten, Riverdance, The Rhythm Club, and Gumboots. Design Management creates many of the Broadway and Tour souvenir books. Broadway: Jekyll and Hyde, The Civil War, Amadeus, Saturday Night Fever, Kat and the Kings, Kiss Me Kate, Minnelli on Minnelli, Tallulah, The Full Monty, Seussical The Musical, and Swing. Tour: Evita, Sunset Boulevard, Annie, Jekyll & Hyde, Minnelli on Minnelli and The Civil War.

Design Management art directed and designed the Non-Equity tour advertising campaigns for The Civil War and Jekyll & Hyde as well as Top Of The World, World Trade Center Observation Deck entrance lobby's "Broadway Gallery."

Design Management are the advertising designers for the Dunkin's Diamonds chain and NNT Group. Periodicals and other projects: The Secretariat News (The United Nations internal newsletter magazine), Film Festival Reporter, National Sculpture Society, and The Black Watch/Prince of Wales Division souvenir tour book.
